Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AssignX, we offer a flexible subscription model designed to support business growth while ensuring clarity and fairness in our terms. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following cancellation and refund policy:

1. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Customers may cancel their monthly subscription at any time prior to the renewal date through the AssignX account dashboard.

  • Cancellations submitted via email, SMS, or support chat will not be accepted as formal cancellations. All cancellations must be completed within the platform.

  • Upon initiating a cancellation, your subscription will terminate immediately, and access to all services, call credits, and platform tools will be immediately revoked.

  • There is no penalty for canceling a monthly subscription.

  • Refund Policy:


    • If a refund is requested within 7 days of the end of the free trial, AssignX reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the payment in dispute, based on service usage and support delivered.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-billing cycle. Any unused AI talk time or platform credits will be forfeited.

    • Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in permanent suspension of the account and legal pursuit to recover associated platform and service costs.

2. XBar Setup Fees

  • All XBar Setup Fees are non-refundable once billed, regardless of usage or campaign outcomes.

  • This fee covers the cost of onboarding, custom AI configuration, script optimization, CRM or dialer integration, and team allocation. As such, it represents a one-time service charge that cannot be reversed once work begins.

  • By submitting payment for the XBar Setup, you acknowledge and agree that the service is considered rendered and consumed upon initiation of setup, and no partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Free Trial Period

  • Each new subscription is eligible for a 7-day OR 30 Min free trial, whichever comes first.

  • After the trial ends, customers will be billed automatically unless a cancellation is submitted through the dashboard prior to the end of the 7-day trial.

  • Once billing occurs, our standard refund terms apply.

4. Smart Refills (Pay-as-you-go)

  • Customers on pay-as-you-go or usage-based plans (e.g., AI talk-time credits) are billed in real-time based on consumption.

  • Smart Refills are enabled by default to ensure uninterrupted AI calling. When active, Smart Refills automatically top up your minutes when your balance runs low before your next renewal date.

  • Customers have full control to enable or disable Smart Refills at any time via their account settings. If Smart Refills are disabled and the balance reaches zero, AI operations will pause until additional credits are manually added or the subscription renews.

  • All credits purchased—whether manually or through Smart Refills—are non-refundable, even if unused, unless a confirmed technical fault or system error occurred, as validated by our support team.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor credit usage, enable/disable Smart Refills accordingly, and manage their talk-time preferences to ensure service continuity.

5. Agency Partner / White-Label Program Fees

  • Agency Partner, white-label, reseller, implementation, training, and enablement program fees are separate from standard monthly subscriptions, usage-based credits, and XBar setup fees.
  • These fees may include, but are not limited to, access to the AssignX platform, white-label/agency account setup, onboarding, training, workshops, implementation guidance, sales enablement resources, support, and related program materials.
  • Unless otherwise stated in writing by AssignX, Agency Partner and white-label program fees are eligible for refund review only within the first 30 days from the partner’s onboarding date or initial program payment date, whichever occurs first.
  • Refund eligibility is not automatic. Refund requests will be reviewed based on program participation, access granted, services delivered, onboarding completed, training provided, support rendered, platform usage, account activity, and any other resources or deliverables already provided. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day refund window.
  • AssignX does not guarantee that any Agency Partner, reseller, or white-label participant will earn a specific amount of revenue, profit, clients, appointments, sales, or business growth. Any projections, examples, case studies, illustrations, or income targets shared by AssignX are for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.
  • Partner results depend on factors outside of AssignX’s control, including but not limited to the partner’s sales activity, outreach volume, offer positioning, pricing, follow-up, client acquisition efforts, market conditions, niche, closing ability, fulfillment process, and overall execution.
  • Usage-based charges, platform credits, Smart Refills, subaccount plans, pass-through usage, and other consumption-based fees are separate from Agency Partner program fees and are non-refundable once billed, except where AssignX confirms a technical fault, billing error, or system error.
  • Agency Partners are responsible for managing their own subaccounts, billing plans, credit usage, client pricing, and connected payment settings. Charges generated by plans, subscriptions, or usage settings created inside an Agency Partner account are considered agency/subaccount activity and are not considered unauthorized AssignX charges unless a confirmed system or billing error occurred.


Account Reinstatement

  • Customers may reinstate their account after cancellation; however, AssignX makes no guarantee of data retention.

  • Any leads, recordings, campaign history, or AI scripts associated with the canceled account will be permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

  • Reinstated users will be treated as new customers and must undergo onboarding again.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute related to billing, cancellation, or refunds, customers must contact our support team at hello@assignx.ai within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Our goal is to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. However, AssignX retains full discretion in final decisions regarding refunds or account reinstatement.
